Summer Volunteer Application

There are two exciting ways that you can volunteer at the library this summer.

Please be aware that all communication regarding volunteer opportunites will be via email.

Summer Reading Challenge volunteers

Assist with registering children for the program, tracking progress, and awarding prizes.

Needed during June, July, and early August, during hours/days that the library is open.

Summer Reading Volunteers must be students between 7th grade and 12th grade.

Summer Reading Volunteers must commit to a minimum of two hours per week.

Summer Lunch Program volunteers

Assist with handing out free summer lunches funded by the Federal Department of Agriculture.

Needed Monday through Friday, June 4 through August 13, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Summer Lunch Program volunteers must be age 15 or older. Adults and teens are welcome.

Summer Lunch Program Volunteers can work whenever they are available (minimum two hours per week), but must commit to the times/days they select.
