Illinois’s bicentennial is December 3, 2018, so the state is celebrating all year long. To join in the celebration, this Sunday, April 22, we'll have musician Phil Passen with us performing music to commemorate 200 years of Illinois history. In honor of great Illinois music, here are some album suggestions, ranging from traditional tunes to popular artists who originally hail from our state (or just write about it). I'm sure I'm not alone in looking forward to those days.
