Reading Challenges

Beanstack Reading Challenges

The library offers reading challenges designed to encourage reading and make it fun for everyone!

These challenges allow families and readers of all ages to log their reading and earn prizes and badges. Participants can track their progress through Beanstack, a free online service that provides book and activity logging, personalized recommendations, and book reviews.

The library has hosted a variety of themed challenges on Beanstack, from Hispanic Heritage and poetry to sustainability. While the prizes are exciting, the primary goal is to inspire lifelong readers. People tend to read more when they can choose what to read, which is especially important for children as they explore their passions.

Complete milestones to earn badges and check in at the library to receive prizes. When you reach 1001 books you will receive an invitation to our annual graduation party.
