Event Details

Registration for this program will open on Wednesday, August 27, at 9 a.m. 

This program will address some myths of caregiving: others need must come first ALWAYS and spending time or energy on oneself is selfish or a sign that we are not committed enough to our role as caregiver or to our loved ones.

The focus will be on extending self-compassion so that we have the energy to show up for those we love over the long haul.
