Chef Dave will present a holiday Thanksgiving cooking demonstration featuring classic and updated foods to make your dinner even better! Dave will chop, slice, simmer, sauté and roast while discussing better prep skills, healthy eating and professional techniques. The demonstration menu will include awesome stuffing, the best cranberry bars and even how to carve the bird. Taste testing to follow.
