As part of the “I Love Me” series, participants will be guided in an immersive therapeutic art session to process traumatic memories and promote self-regulation by engaging the left and right side of the brain. No art skills are required. All art materials will be provided. 

Como parte de la serie "I Love Me," los participantes serán guiados en una sesión inmersiva de arte terapéutico para procesar recuerdos traumáticos y promover la autorregulación emocional mediante la interacción del hemisferio izquierdo y derecho del cerebro.
