Reconnect with your inner self through a nature-based healing circle inspired by Anáhuac Indigenous teachings. Navigate memories and emotions through grounding practices, storytelling, and community reflection. Open to all identities, genders, and backgrounds. No experience needed. Materials will be provided including seed packets for your home garden.
Reconecta con tu yo interior a través de un círculo de sanación basado en la naturaleza, e inspirado en las enseñanzas indígenas de Anáhuac. Exploraremos recuerdos y emociones a través de técnicas de grounding (anclaje/conexión con la tierra) y reflexión comunitaria. Abierto a todas las identidades, géneros y orígenes. No se requiere experiencia. Se proporcionarán materiales, incluyendo paquetes de semillas para tu huerto.
Sandra “Sandia” Davila (she/they) is a bilingual, bicultural educator and healing practitioner rooted in nature connection, holistic community wellness, and indigenous Anáhuac practices. Her work involves conflict reconciliation, liberation advocacy in action, and storytelling spaces. Sandia weaves land-based practices, reflection, and cultural awareness to create safe, grounded circles where participants can reconnect with themselves, each other, and nature.
