Event Details
Karl Gates, a licensed appraiser, will present key things to look for in an antique to determine its worth. Audience members are encouraged to bring one item for appraisal at the end of the lecture. Acceptable items are small to medium-sized antiques that will fit on a table top, excluding stamps, coins, weapons and furniture. Gates will provide a valuation, but not a written appraisal.
